HAPPY PEOPLE
This MINI-SERIE contains three pieces now, but I plan to continue. The characters have a peculiar smile running all the way between the two ears. I fell in love with this expression with the tight-drawn eyes. In it I see the absolute, hopeful happiness and in the meantime frustrated by the idea that this happiness can just disappear at any moment.
The missing arms and legs come from the idea of powerlessness. As humans we have very little control over what may happen with us. What we can do is hoping and smiling with what we got.
