SANS VISAGE
This ceramic sculpture called 'SANS VISAGE' which could translate as 'without face'. I try to convey contradictory feelengs about femininity, and the representation of femininity. The hair and the way the bust is holding itself has a finiking, sophisticated yet artificiel feel to it. She looks at us, without looking. The other focal point of the sculpture is in the back of the head, where the perfect bun pulls the skin.
